• Please note that any product selling for R0.00 is an obvious error and should be brought to our attention immediately.

• Should stock availability be critical, please check with our sales team prior to purchase.

• Advertised stock levels are approximations and ultimately limited to availability at our supplier level.

• Outlying areas may attract an additional surcharge for delivery.

• We have the right to change pricing without prior notice and to offer promotional offers at our discretion.

• Purchases made prior to any promotional offers are not refundable on the difference in value.

• Discounts and giveaways are only applicable to one per customer.

Pricing

Hyperice South Africa makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.
